Shipping Policy:
Prices listed online are good for most Addresses in the continental United States. For international, or any other address please call 972-436-5151 or email "dave@dusoldenterprises.com" and include a call back number for a shipping quote.

Cancellation Policy:

If you would like to cancel your order, please notify us AS SOON AS POSSIBLE as we usually ship our products no more than 3 business days after the order is received. Cancellations must be requested via email at disputes@dusoldenterprises.com. Please use subject line "CANCEL - Invoice: (invoice number)". Please include a reason for cancellation in body of email. Cancellation requests must be received before shipment. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled, however customer may request to Return the product as listed below


Return and Refund Policies:

If any defective or substandard products are received please bring it to our attention as soon as possible no later than 7 business days after delivery delivery. If there is any mistake made on our part a free replacement or full refund of the cost of the product will be delivered.

Any return must be requested via email at disputes@dusoldenterprises.com. Please use subject line "RETURN - Invoice: (invoice number)" and include a reason for return in body of email. A Return Authorization (RA) number will be issued for each return. PLEASE DO NOT SEND ANY RETURNS WITHOUT AN RA NUMBER as credit for these returns will not be given. For most of our products there will be a 15% restocking fee and the refund amount will be for the cost of the product only. Refunds will be issued no later than one business day following the receipt of the returned merchandise.
